Q: How can I order a print?
A: Ordering a print is very easy, you can use the contact form in this website to contact the photographer. You will then be contacted by the photographer and together you will agree on size and finish, framing or mounting. You will then be provided with instructions for your payment and after the payment is received your photograph will be printed according to your specifications. After the printing stage is completed, the photograph will be inspected by the photographer, hand signed and numbered (in case its a limited edition) and packed in a professional packaging to be shipped to you.

Q: How long does it take for a print to reach me?
A: It really depends on the agreed shipment method and your location. Rodrigo has custumers from around the world some in distant areas like china or taiwan, in some cases prints might take a couple of weeks to reach you. If you require that a print is delivered in a particular date please contact the photographer and he will do everything possible to ensure it reaches the destination on time. Please note that sometimes premium shipping charges might apply.

Q: Are my prints insured during transportation?
A: Postal insurance is expensive in Ireland, specially when shipping to international addresses. For this reason we offer postal insurance as an option and not as standard as this could increase significantly the amount charged for your prints. Our professional packaging ensures no damage should occur to your prints during transportation, should any damage to your purchase occur, please let us know as soon as it arrives, post the damaged photograph back to us and we will replace the it with a new one at no cost for you.

Q: Are your prints guaranteed against fading?
A: Yes. All our prints are guaranteed for the lifetime of its original owner.

Q: What equipment do you use for your prints?
A: So for those of you who are technically minded, here it goes. For small format work (up to 10"x15") Rodrigo prints on a number of FujiFilm Frontier 370 and 390 printers. These work by exposing red, green and blue laser light onto FujiFilm Crystal Archive photographic paper at 300 DPI (dots per inch). The fade resistance of the prints is rated at 200 years. For large format work he uses a Polielectronica Laserlab. This is a world-class laser-based photographic device which prints onto FujiFilm Professional digital photographic paper at 254 DPI. The fade resistance of the prints is also rated at 200 years. All the prints are then reviewed by the Photographer for a last quality control before being shipped to the client. All photographs are shipped with a certificate of authenticity signed by the photographer.

Q: Are you available to take photographic comissions?
A: The answer for this question is yes, providing we can find a suitable date and time I am available for personal or corporate projects and events.

Q: How can I contract you for a comission work?
A: Due to the specific nature of these jobs you need to contact me through any of the mediums provided on this website so that we can reach an agreement on the task in hands. Please provide all the information you can about the comission and its goals to avoid disappointment.

Q: Do you only do landscape and nature photography?
A: No. I actually started photography as a sports freelance photographer covering Motocross events, those times are long gone now and after a break in my photography, I decided to take a different route. Although landscapes and the natural world are my main subjects at this time I am also involved with projects on portrait, fashion and wedding photography.
