Mr. Pat O'Grady from Morris Oil contacted me a few weeks back to ask me to use one of my photographs from the Rock of Dunamaise in their 2008 calendar. It is with great satisfaction that I announce that we reached an agreement and the photograph will be appearing on their calendar for next year. The calendar is produced by intacta and will be distributed to Morris Oil custumers all over Ireland.
I would like to thank Mr. O'Grady and Chris from intacta for their interest in my photography and for their professionalism. Hopefully we will colaborate again for the 2009 calendar.

A completely new website layout and navigation system, newly designed galleries and menus and enhanced navigation is all you can expect from this layout. It has been on the making for a couple of months now and it has taken a good few hours to get it up and running but it is finally up.
The all new navigation menu present on every page will hopefully ease your navigation and enhance your overall experience in lightpause.com. The newly designed galleries using the already familiar lightbox script are also worth a visit. A new guestbook page will be added soon to enhance interactiveness on the website. I would be very pleased if you could leave a message in the guestbook with your overall thoughts about the website and my photography.

A new website layout has been uploaded today, some of the most important changes appear on the portfolio section of the website, this section is now generated dynamicly witch permits more frequent updates.
Other of the changes is that it is no longer possible to order prints directly from the website, all the process is now controlled by the photographer in order to provide a personalized service and make sure that all custumer requirements are met. Rodrigo hopes that this personalized service will increase the custumer satisfaction and result in a better and more efficient service.
Rodrigo is currently working on adding other functionalities to his website based on our clients feedback. There will be further updates to this webpage in the upcomming weeks.

After having some of his photographs published in the local and national media, Rodrigo is now proud to announce that he has been selected as one of the finalist Photographers for the Spring Quarter Weather Photographic competition promoted by RTE (Radio Televis Eireann) the Irish public TV station. RTE runs a photography competition every year where it encourages their amateur photographer viewers to submit photographs that will then be short listed to be broadcast on the weather bulletins run by both channels (RTE1 and RTE2), more information about this photo competition can be found in the RTE website.
Rodrigo's photograph will be broadcast on the 2nd of April 2007, so stay tuned to the weather.

Lightpause.com, Rodrigo Cunha's Photography website is finally up as from 21st of February 2007. After a few months gathering ideas and learning, I've finally uploaded the last photograph to the website. From this moment forward the design stages are over, all that is left now is upgrade the Photo Galleries on the site. At this stage the website has 6 Photo Galleries available to its users, Landscape and Nature, Wildlife, Black and White, Seascape Photography, Cityscape Photography and Macro Photography.
In this effort to create my own website, I've neglected photography a lot, some of the people that know me have been commenting that I don't update my galleries anymore, well now you know the reason for that. It was kept a secret as I wanted to let everyone know at once so it hopefully would cause greater impact, at least on the stats counter for the first couple of days.
I hope you enjoy the Photographs on the Galleries and don't forget to stop by every now and again as new Photographs will be added on a regular basis now that I have time again to go back to my Photography!
